Registering an interest (no commitment to buy)
If the information contained on these pages and within the white paper is of interest and you would like to discuss your requirement with the DECS DCP programme team please complete the Register Stage 1 form. The form contains all necessary instructions for registering your interest.

DECS team assessment
Once you have registered your interest on the website you will be contacted by the Capgemini DECS DCP programme team to discuss your requirements.

Having had these discussions you will be asked to produce a User Requirements Document (URD) and agree it with the programme team.

When the URD is agreed you will be able to place an order.

Placing an Order
The Capgemini team will email you the following documentation:

DCP Trading Partner Order Form - used to order an DCP. This form should be completed by the initiating Trading Partner organisation.

DCP Seat Order Form(s) - used to specify the number of DCP seats required. One form should be completed by each organisation (be they MOD or TP) that will be paying for seats within the DCP).

You should complete all forms, sign and post them to:

The DECS PMO,
Capgemini,
Toltec,
1120 Park Avenue,
Aztec West,
Almondsbury,
Bristol,
BS32 4SX.
You should also send an electronic version of each of the forms to the DECS PMO office.

Having completed the order process, you will then be asked to begin the DECS Registration Process.

Registering with DECS
The DECS Registration team will send you the following documents:

Trading Partner Service Agreement (TPSA) - this is the agreement to pay for DCP seats. One agreement should be completed by each TP organisation that will be paying for seats.

Electronic Information Sharing Agreement (EISA) - this agrees/defines responsibilities, rights and obligations of all users within the DCP. All participating organisations (MOD & TPs) should sign this.

Signature Verification form - the signature obtained will be used to verify subsequent user registration requests. Each authorised signatory should sign one of these forms.

DECS Trading Partner Registration Form - used to register all participating TP organisations with DECS. Each Trading Partner should complete this form.

DECS Trading Partner User Registration Form - used to register each and every Trading Partner user of the DCP onto DECS. Each Trading Partner User should complete a form and an authorised signatory should sign it.

DECS Generic User Registration Form - used to register each and every MOD user of the DCP onto DECS. Each MOD user should complete a form and an authorised signatory should sign it.

Upon completion of all these agreements and forms they should be printed, signed and posted back to the DECS Registration team. Electronic copies of the forms should also be returned by e-mail to the DECS Registration Team.

The DCP Programme team will contact you to confirm implementation time-scales and arrange a user workshop to define your configuration required and plan training.
