If you are looking to win new business with the MoD, being able to trade electronically via DECS and P2P may be among the compliance criteria for future contracts.

In either case, this is your opportunity to start thinking about P2P and planning how to implement it within your organisation.

Register for a P2P Supplier Communication Event - if you have not received an invitation to a specific event, please contact the DECS Service Desk on 0870 241 3569.
Engage with your MoD Commercial Officer(s) to discuss the commercial changes
Start thinking about your internal change processes and putting together a team to manage them. Nominate someone within your organisation to be the specific point of contact for DECS and P2P.
