Introduction to Registration Process

Registration for DECS consists of five key steps agreed with the MOD:

Once you have read about DECS and the services offered, you can express interest in joining DECS by filling in the form in Register Stage 1.

This does not commit you to anything, but is an essential step as it lets the DECS team know you are interested in receiving further information and potentially joining DECS.

DECS Team Assessment

DECS take-on will be based upon Trading Partner groupings as scheduled by the MoD and therefore the information you submit in the Register Stage 1 form will be used to assess if your Trading Partner group is currently being taken on.
If you are in such a group you will receive an email with the forms and documents that are required to be completed for stage 2.

If you are not in such a group you will be informed of this and the DECS team will contact you again when your group is being taken on.

Stage 2 is where registration proper occurs. Trading Partners must complete the forms sent to them and return the information requested in the email. Other key documents and guidance will also be provided.

Access to live DECS services

Once you are registered in DECS we will contact you to complete the remainder of the Registration process to allow you access to DECS Services.
