DECS Simple Proxy Service was launched in October 2007 and now has over 400 registered users spread throughout the MOD, selected Industry Partners and List X companies.   DECS Simple Proxy Service provides secure access to web enabled applications hosted on infrastructures outside of their organisational boundaries.
