The Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) organisation aim is to transform logistic support to the Front Line by delivering improved reliability and availability. To deliver against this strategy there is a need to take an End-to-End (E2E) view – from logistic support required at the point of use in the Front Line to the management of relationships with suppliers.
Underpinning the strategy is the need for an E2E and through-life view that optimises logistic support solutions and provides opportunities and incentives for industry to align with capabilities and responsibilities.
