Defence Travel is a collaboration between Capgemini, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and KDS software.  Access is available to authorised MOD personnel via the DECS portal, where they are then routed to either the CWT portal and then onto the KDS booking tool or directly to the KDS booking tool. Entry to the booking tool allows MOD personnel to book air, rail, overseas car hire and hotel travel securely.
