DECS Collaboration Programme (DCP)

The DECS Collaboration Programme (DCP) is a set of accredited services, designed to support collaborative working between parties who do not share a common infrastructure. It allows information up to and including UK Restricted to be shared by all parties independent of their access mechanism (RLI, GSI and Internet).
