Current Tariffs
ChamberCard current tariffs are as follows:-
For a registration appointment at your local Chamber of Commerce, the registration package includes:-
3 year certificate on a smartcard (3-year life expectancy), software + Reader - £312.20 + VAT
3 year certificate on a smartcard only - £285.00 +VAT
If you require additional smartcard readers these can be purchased at the following prices:-
Reader and Software only - £27.20 + VAT
For a registration appointment conducted off-site (e.g. at the Trading Partner's premises)
Fixed call out fee £200 + VAT
Certificate smartcard reader and software costs are in addition to the call-out fee and per user (see table above)
If your company wishes to nominate a member of staff who, subject to appropriate vetting, will be trained by ChamberSign to carry out registrations please e-mail info@chambercard.co.uk for further details and costs.
Change Of Company Name
Trading Partners should be aware that the British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) levy the following charge for the issue of certificates:
£52.60 + VAT per User Registered
In addition, if a Company wishes to make a change that affects the "name", e.g.. if an employee who has a certificate gets married and changes their name, there is a charge of £25.00
All of the above prices are not inclusive of VAT.
Certificate Revocation - Costs
Please note that if a user requires a replacement card due to one of the following reasons:
* entering the pin incorrectly three times in a row
* losing the card
* forgetting the pin no
* replacement required through user damage
There will be charge of: £40 + VAT
Re-issue of cards due to a 'faulty' or 'incorrectly produced' card, will not be chargeable.
Please note BCC reserve the right to ask for the return of a card to enable testing to be carried out on it to identify any issues or problems associated with it.
